1. Main Structure

Pipe Barrels: Carbon steel or stainless steel ends for direct field welding.

Insulation Core: High-strength, pressure-resistant epoxy composite or glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), providing electrical isolation.

Dual Sealing System: Embedded U-shaped or O-ring seals (commonly graphite or PTFE composite) for zero-leakage performance.

Insulation Hardware: Insulating gaskets and sleeves to ensure full electrical separation between pipe sections.

Band Lock ring quick opening closure is a kind of quick opening and closing pressure vessel end closure, widely used in pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, pigging receivers/launchers, filters, separators and other pressure equipment that require frequent opening and closing operations. It adopts a lock ring clamping structure to realize rapid assembly and disassembly of the QOC, with the characteristics of safe and reliable locking, convenient operation, compact structure and good pressure-bearing performance.

Filter Separator with filter Element is the fine filter equipment used in the natural gas station. We use the filter element from American PECO. The efficiency is ≥98％ when the separated solid granule is ≥5μm;The efficiency is ≥99.6％ when the separated liquid drop is ≥1μm. Both horizontal and vertical type are available in accordance with Medium composition proportion. Design code ASME VIII DIV. I & II.
